Know Anyone Eligible?

We occasionally come across people who are eligible for IDAPE but are not aware that the scheme exists. We had conducted an exercise previously to encourage disabled citizens who were not eligible for ElderShield cover to come forward if they feel they may qualify for IDAPE. However, the success rate is quite low. We believe there are many more people who qualify but do not understand how the scheme can benefit them. This is especially so for those in the higher age group who are illiterate.
