Coverage

IncomeFloat pleasure craft insurance provides comprehensive coverage that includes:

1. For Your Boat

All physical loss of or damage to your insured craft arising directly from any external cause.

• Trailers - Loss or damage to trailers in the course of transit up to $500.
• Transit risk - Loss or damage to your boat during land transit.
• Pollution risk - Free cover for marine seepage and oil pollution up to $10,000.

2. For Yourself

Personal accident Up to $50,000 in the event of death or permanent disablement occurring whilst on your boat.

• Personal effects - Up to $1,000 for loss or damage to personal effects on your boat (Itemised list to be provided and an excess of $100 on each cliam is applicable).
  
  
• Medical expenses - Up to $500 for all medical expenses incurred by you whilst on your boat.

3. For Your Passengers

• Free third party liability - Up to $25,000. Cover up to $500,000 can be arranged with additional premium.
  
  
• Free personal accident - Up to $10,000 for each passenger (max 4). An additional cover of up to $50,000 per passenger is available with additional premium.

4. Optional Covers

• Racing Risk - Covers cost of replacing or repairing sails, masts, spars, etc. loss or damage when you are participating in racing events organised by any government authorities or sailing clubs.
  
  
• Sports Risk - Covers liability of up to $50,000 incurred by any person engaged in water skiing activities.
  
  
• "Safeboating" discount - applicable to comprehensive cover only - 10% discount will be allowed on the next renewal premium if the current policy is claims free after 12 month period, subject to a maximum of 30%.

  Singapore, Malaysia Territorial Waters and Straits of Batam.
